For our very first flagship store in Haarlem, we’re searching for an enthusiastic and driven Store Associate to join our team. As the face of our store, you’ll make sure our customers feel welcome and leave with a smile.

😍 The shop

The Cosmeau Flagship Store is the first of its kind – a unique concept with special products. The store is built with recycled materials and gives visitors the chance to test, feel, and smell all the scents and products. Every detail is carefully designed and everything is of the highest quality.

You work in a beautifully lit store with a wide, inviting storefront. The latest systems make your job easier, while positivity and customer friendliness are at the heart of everything. It's a place where both customers and staff feel welcome and enjoy a special experience.

💪 What are you going to do?

As a Store Associate, you're an essential part of our team. Your role is varied and includes tasks such as:

• Welcoming customers and giving advice about our products
• No direct sales, you'll mainly be playing an advisory role
• Checkout tasks, like processing payments and handling transactions
  
• Restocking and attractively displaying products in the store
• Checking stock and spotting shortages
• Accepting returns
• Keeping the store tidy and clean
• Support with promotions, deals, and other commercial activities

• Flexibility: You're available in the evenings and/or weekends.
  
• Having an interest in our products is a plus, but not required. (optional)
• Experience in retail is a nice bonus, but not required. (optional)

☝️ What's the process leading up to the store opening?

The renovation will be completed in March, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to get started:

• You'll kick things off with a one-time training at our headquarters in Velsen-Noord.
• Next, you'll get several training sessions on location in Haarlem, together with your colleagues.

During these trainings, we cover:

• Role-playing games to gain practical experience
• Product information, so you can tell our customers everything about our products
• Customer focus and dealing with customers, for the best service
• Work with checkout systems for a smooth and easy payment experience

With these trainings, you'll be all set to get started in our store with confidence!
