Creative Growth Marketeer

We are looking for a curious maker who wants to learn how customer insights become stronger creative and better shopping experiences. You help move ideas from an initial hypothesis to a brief, production, quality control and clear learnings.

Work directly with JasonCosmeau as your focus brand€3,000–€4,000 · 40 hours
Why this role

We have plenty of ideas. We need someone who helps put them carefully into motion.

You do not need to make every commercial decision from day one. You learn how we make choices, prepare recommendations and gradually take over more of the day-to-day creative execution. As you demonstrate sound judgement, your responsibility grows with you.

Customer insights

You identify patterns in reviews, questions, adverts and landing behaviour and turn them into concrete opportunities.

Briefs & content

You write clear hooks, scripts and briefs that designers, editors and creators can use straight away.

Production & QA

You track deadlines and check the product, logo, claims, mobile readability, links and landing page.

Learning & improving

You record results clearly, distinguish what we know from what we do not and prepare the next iteration.

Your first 90 days

Increasing independence, without being thrown in at the deep end

At first, you work closely with Jason. You learn the products, customers and quality bar, then take on more ownership step by step.

30

30 days

  • Learn about Cosmeau, the products and the most important customer questions
  • Learn how to assess existing creative and landing pages
  • Complete your first briefs and QA checks with Jason
60

60 days

  • Follow up production and feedback independently
  • Prepare your first hypotheses and recommendations
  • Document results and learnings reliably
90

90 days

  • Manage a recurring creative workflow independently
  • Recommend what to improve or test again, supported by evidence
  • Demonstrably take day-to-day coordination off Jason's plate
What your week might look like

From customer question to launch-ready creative

The work is varied. One day you investigate why customers drop off, the next you guide an editor or check a landing page on mobile.

ListenChooseMakeCheckLearn

You review customer questions, reviews, performance and current product priorities. Together with Jason, you decide what deserves attention.

Tuesday

Recommendation & brief

You develop the audience, hook, proof, visual and intended landing page into a usable brief.

Wednesday

Guide production

You answer questions, give focused feedback and keep designers, editors and creators on track.

Thursday

QA & delivery

You check mobile comprehension, product presentation, claims, rights, links and alignment with the landing page.

Friday

Learn with Jason

You present what you see, what remains uncertain and what you believe the best next step should be.

How we work

Small team, short lines and a high quality bar

At Cosmeau, your work is immediately visible. Strong recommendations can move quickly, but being small does not mean being casual. We want the product, message and customer expectation to align.

Plenty of room to grow

  • You would rather bring a recommendation than only a problem
  • You raise mistakes early and help resolve them
  • You ask for context and then think independently
  • You gain more freedom as you demonstrate careful judgement
  • You work across disciplines when it improves the end result

Working directly with Jason

The collaboration is direct, substantive and results-focused. Jason works quickly, sets a high quality bar and values people who come prepared and think for themselves. You do not always need to agree with him. A well-supported alternative view is welcome.

At first, you receive plenty of context and feedback. The aim is that you gradually need less guidance for each step and can increasingly prepare, deliver and advise independently.

Who we are looking for

A high-potential maker who wants to earn responsibility

A particular degree is not decisive. We care more about initiative, learning ability, commercial instinct and the quality of what you have already made.

This is probably a good fit

  • You have 0–3 years of relevant experience in content, e-commerce or performance marketing
  • You have built something yourself, such as campaigns, content, a webshop, newsletter or strong placement project
  • You write clearly and have an eye for imagery, hierarchy and brand
  • You can interpret straightforward data and are willing to ask questions
  • You organise yourself and follow through on agreements carefully
  • You turn direct feedback into visibly better work

This is probably less suitable

  • You need a fully written brief for every step
  • You only want to devise ideas and leave production or QA to others
  • You are looking for a narrowly defined role within one marketing discipline
  • You would rather wait for a decision than make a recommendation
  • You find direct, specific feedback difficult

You do not need an impressive CV. Above all, show us what you have made, the choices you made and what you learnt.

What you will get

A serious place to grow, with visible work

You work directly with Jason on Cosmeau and receive the context, feedback and resources needed to learn quickly.

  • €3,000–€4,000 gross per month based on 40 hours
  • 8% holiday allowance
  • Hours and working arrangements by agreement
  • Salary review after six months when your independence has demonstrably grown
  • Increasing ownership as you demonstrate sound judgement
What matters

Good work and visible improvement

We do not expect you to know everything already. We do expect you to learn actively, keep your commitments and reflect feedback in your next version.

  • Sharper briefs and stronger deliveries
  • Fewer errors through reliable QA
  • Faster follow-up on ideas and feedback
  • Increasingly independent, well-supported recommendations
