☝️ Fact:The scent was discovered during Jason's trip to China where the scent was used in a hotel as shampoo and in the lobby. Because this scent fits our brand so well, subtle, pure, and fresh, we knew this had to be our scent.

🏭 Production update
Development of PVA-free wax strips
We have been researching PVA-free wax strips for several months. PVA is the carrier of all wax strips on the market. Recently there has been more attention and gray area as to whether or not these are microplastics. Even though they are certified biodegradable, it is still a discussion where we prefer to avoid this gray area and have started a research and development project. Ben and Jason already received and tested samples during their last trip to our manufacturer in China, but these cannot yet be produced at scale.
📸 In the first photo you can see our first produced wax strips without PVA. Don't mind the shape, they naturally become more beautiful in mass production.
📸 In the second photo we are testing to see what kind of carrier material is suitable. We have received several samples from wood pulp to alginate. We are keeping all options open at the moment.
📸 In the last photo you see Lisa making paper in a traditional way. Our position: isn't it just paper that we have to make? 😃
We are not there yet because a lab sample is really different from mass production. For mass production, we are exploring different production methods that are fast, scalable and cost-effective. This is a crucial step and is just as important to continue to think critically and innovatively about solutions. Our drive for innovation does not just stop with the products and formulations, but extends entirely to the planning and execution of the machines. We will continue to develop with your help 💪
Machines
For the rest, a nice update regarding the machines. As previously indicated, the fully automatic scented bead filling machine is almost ready. New, more advanced mixers for the scented pearls will go on the boat next week. Next week we will receive some lab machines to better test scented beads.
In addition, the lines for liquids, powders and tablets are in full swing and we expect to have these on the boat in 2-3 weeks. All machines are tailor-made for our future products and plans, to develop the latest and most modern products for you.

One next weeknew special product linethat we have been working on for a long time. It is a major challenge to coordinate all raw materials, packaging and production. But we're getting better at it!
