What does phosphate-free mean?

Phosphates are often used in laundry products to soften hard water and boost cleaning power. We’ve chosen not to use phosphates because of their impact on the environment and aquatic life.

What is a surfactant used for?

Surfactants are used to break down dirt or grime in fabrics and prevent it from sticking back to the fibers. Our laundry detergent sheets contain sodium dodecyl sulfate, which is a plant-based surfactant for a fresh and clean result.

Can I use multiple laundry sheets in one wash?

Sure, we recommend this for regular large loads or when your laundry is really dirty. Our recommended laundry sheets per wash are as follows:

Small to normal load: 1 half sheet
Normal to large load: 2 half sheets
Extra large/dirty load: 3 half sheets

Are laundry detergent sheets suitable for hand washing?

Yes, absolutely! Just dissolve the laundry sheets in 3 liters of warm or cold water for your delicates or wool.

Do the laundry strips contain palm oil?

Nope, our laundry strips don't contain any palm oil.

Are the laundry strips gluten-free?

Nope. We can't guarantee that the laundry sheets aren't contaminated in our factory. If you're super sensitive to gluten, we recommend being careful.

Do laundry strips leave any residue?

Nope! Our laundry strips are 100% dissolvable, so nothing gets left behind.

Our laundry strips contain NO optical brighteners, which are designed to stick to your clothes and give the illusion of cleanliness. This 'stickiness' actually leaves detergent residue in your clothes. So, there shouldn't be any residue left on your clothes after washing. If you still notice any residue after washing, try sticking to our recommended number of laundry strips per wash.

Where are the laundry strips made?

Our laundry detergent sheets are made by a well-known and trusted manufacturer in China, right where all our ingredients come from. We’re in touch with our factory every day and have eyes on the ground all year round. So, why did we choose to produce in China? a) Because we simply don’t have the facilities to make such an innovative product in NL b) By producing at the source of our raw materials, we save a ton on CO2 emissions by cutting down on shipping weight, volume, and travel time compared to producing somewhere else abroad.
