What will you be doing?

As a Customer Support Agent, you’re the first point of contact for our customers via email, chat, and social media. You’ll help them with questions about products, orders, and returns, and you’ll always be thinking about how we can make the customer experience even better. We score 4.8 on almost every platform—our customers love us and our brand! Making and keeping customers happy is in our DNA, and you’ll have every opportunity to make that happen.

Your tasks:

• Answering customer questions via email, chat, and social media
• Solving issues with orders, deliveries, and returns
• Spotting common questions and brainstorming long-term solutions
• Working with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, and Crisp
• Turning customer feedback into real improvements for our team

What we're looking for:

• You’ve got a way with words and can communicate clearly (Dutch required, English is a plus)
• You’re empathetic, solution-oriented, and love helping customers
• Experience in e-commerce or customer service is a plus, but not a must
• You work in a structured way and love optimizing processes
• You’re available at least 24 hours a week
