We kick off with clay masks or mud masks. Korean skin care is popular and extremely effective. The clay is based on alginate, which comes from seaweed. 🏭 Production update: On to 7 new machines

We can't wait until we can fill our scented pearls completely mechanically! Literally and figuratively.Ben and JasonWe have therefore brought the trip forward by 2 months and are flying to China for a week on August 97 different machinesto view. In the picture above, we have sent the manufacturer of the filling machine our packaging to test whether it can be filled with their machine. The test was successful and we will have a live demonstration of this in August.

In addition to the filling machine, we also look at a tablet machine, sorting machine, and mixing machines from various manufacturers. We can then produce even more products ourselves before the end of the year and further automate the entire process from production to filling. Great to see and we will shoot a lot of footage.

Naturally, we take into account the requirements within the EU, so the machines will be prepared for at least cGMP, cosmetic grade production.

🏭 Expansion of warehouse and production space

Because we are in our own locationVelsen-Noordproduction and 7+ machines will be added, we need more space. We had already taken production into account when we moved into our building 1.5 years ago. This means we are in the right environmental category and we have enough power to set up a full-fledged factory.

Itbluepart is our office, the purple part is our current warehouse/production/lab/fulfillment. Most of which is storage of our stock. Itgreenpart is under construction and will cover approximately 2,500m2. Our stock and logistics will move there with 2 loading docks (Jason's big wish for those who have been following us for a while). Itpurplepart will then become available for a complete production space where we can continue to grow in capacity but also in automation for years to come.

The final decisions are now being made regarding the extension and expected completion in February/March 2026. Very exciting! Here too we will share everything with you, from the first pile to delivery! 🎉
