The scents are developed together with our fragrance partners. Specially made for applying between your nose and lips. A unique scent, with special requirements and safe for you. Just like every other Cosmeau fragrance, without carcinogenic substances at the raw material level.

How to use
Apply between your nose and lips with the stick or your finger before bed to prep your mind for sleep. Not for use on lips. Curl your upper lip, take a deep breath through your nose for an extra boost.

Stick to this routine every day and you'll sleep better and better. Avoid your phone/blue and bright lights, don't drink anything two hours before bed, and try to let go of your thoughts and focus on your breathing. All of this helps improve your sleep routine and trains your brain to link the scent to your wind-down ritual.

You only need a tiny amount, so one stick lasts you 6-12 months, depending on how often and how much you use.

The refills are plastic-free and you can use them in our universal patent-pending holder. The holder also fits our deodorant refill and our perfume line refill.
