🇳🇱 New: Signature Scent Pearl Pure

A new scent that defines our brand: a subtle fresh, pure, and calming fragrance with sparkling citrus top notes, a heart of soft flowers, and the soothing, clean warmth of tea and light wood tones. It gives a feeling of calm, balance, and refined freshness, like stepping into a spa.
We couldn’t think of a better name than Pure.
We will be using this scent throughout our entire line, from scent pearls to reed diffusers and soon as a perfume.
Of course, free from carcinogenic substances at the oil level, and the only scent pearl on the market made in Holland in our own factory in Velsen-Noord.
Buy the scent together with the Pure storage jar for 25% off both.
☝️ Fun fact: The scent was discovered during Jason’s trip to China where it was used as shampoo fragrance in a hotel and in the lobby. Because this scent fits our brand so well—subtle, pure, and fresh—we knew this had to be our scent.

🏭 Production Update

Development of PVA-free laundry sheets
We have been researching PVA-free laundry sheets for several months. PVA is the carrier material for all laundry sheets on the market. Recently, there has been more attention and debate about whether this is microplastic or not. Although they are certified biodegradable, it remains a discussion with a grey area that we prefer to avoid. Therefore, we have started a research and development project. Ben and Jason received and tested samples during their last trip to our manufacturer in China, but these cannot yet be produced at scale.
📸 In the first photo, you see our first produced laundry sheets without PVA. Don’t mind the shape; they will look better in mass production.
📸 In the second photo, we are testing to see which carrier material is suitable. We have received various samples from wood pulp to alginate. We are keeping all options open at the moment.
📸 The last photo shows Lisa making paper in a traditional way. Our question: isn’t it just paper we should be making? 😃
We are not there yet because a lab sample is really different from mass production. For mass production, we are exploring various production methods that are fast, scalable, and cost-effective. This is a crucial step and just as important to keep thinking critically and innovatively about solutions. Our drive for innovation does not stop at products and formulations, but
