New: the 6th generation laundry sheets are here! 🤩

Last year we launched our 5th generation laundry sheets with powerful enzymes targeting various stains. This year we go further: we have improved the cleaning power per sheet, tackled the strong scent (especially in Spring Fresh) and made the enzyme scent less overpowering.

The sheets are significantly thicker and contain 71% more active ingredients. Double the benefit for cleaning power.

Additionally, we have reduced PVA by 57% (partly by adding more active ingredients) and are working on a 100% PVA-free version for our next generation.

Because the sheets are about 37% thicker, they no longer fit in our standard mailbox box for 120 washes. But since each sheet has more cleaning power, you need fewer sheets: where you might have used 4 sheets for dirty laundry before, 2-3 are often enough now. Our 2.8 cm high box fits a maximum of 100 washes.

What does it really do? (independently tested)

We further improved the formula based on customer feedback, focusing on better removal of grass, mud and food stains. For this, we used independent SGS tests. SGS is a globally leading testing, inspection and certification company.

Our own testing facilities are (still) not at the level where we can reliably and consistently guarantee significant differences. SGS performs washes according to international standards (AISE standard), where textile swatches are stained, washed and measured under exactly the same conditions.

On some other stains, like wine, the formula performs slightly less well. But since these are rare stains (1% of respondents), we chose to focus on stains that occur frequently. We will of course continue to develop, and are already testing an update.

Sweat Sweat is difficult to standardise on textile swatches, so we involved our test panel, that is, you! Specifically: those with a family that can sweat a lot 😅. We are in the middle of testing, gathering feedback and improving. Thank you for your literally physical effort! 💪

What is a laundry sheet?

Laundry sheets are detergent in a handy paper form: plastic-free*, vegan and largely biodegradable. No more heavy bottles to carry, no mess from large packaging. Simple, sustainable and effective.

How does it work?

1. Place the sheet at the bottom of the drum or in the drawer.
2. Put your laundry on top of the sheet and leave a fist-sized gap between the laundry and the top of the drum.
3. Start your wash programme.

Dosage:

• 1 sheet: up to 5 kg, not for normally soiled laundry.
• 2 sheets: up to 10 kg, dirty laundry, hard water or extra scent.
• 3 sheets: up to 10 kg, very dirty laundry, hard water or extra scent.

How many strips do I use per wash with G5 and G6? Base the dose on the degree of dirt: Non-dirty laundry: G5 1 strip · G6 ½–1 strip Medium dirt: G5 2–3 strips · G6 1½–2½ strips Very dirty: G5 3–4+ strips · G6 2–3½+ strips With G6 you can usually use half to a whole strip less. Why does G6 need fewer strips than G5? According to the formula comparison, G6 contains 71% more active substances than G5 and has a thicker structure. This means you get more cleaning power per strip and you can often dose half to a whole sheet less. G6 also contains 57% less PVA than G5. Do I really get 100 washes from one box? Up to 100 washes applies if you use 1 strip per wash. For moderately or heavily soiled laundry, you use multiple strips and therefore get fewer washes out of the package. Where do I place the wax strips? Place the chosen amount of strips in the back of the empty drum, place your laundry on top and then start the appropriate program. At what temperatures can I use G6? G6 is suitable for washing programs from 20 to 90 °C. Always follow the care label of your clothes and the instructions of your machine. Why do I only smell the odor when I rub the laundry together? Volatile odors work especially with many chemicals. Our scent technique works based on friction. Rub the laundry against each other and you will smell a subtle scent. Higher temperatures or a dryer have a negative effect on the smell. For the best fragrance experience, wash at 30–40°C and air dry. Why don't I smell anything immediately after washing? Immediately after washing you often don't smell anything. Wash at 30–40 °C and hang to air dry. Some of the odors are lost at high temperatures or in the dryer. When the laundry is dry, rub together for a subtle scent. You can use 1 or 2 extra sheets to see if this is the cause. The dosage is based on cleaning power; For more scent you can dose a little extra or add scented beads or washing perfume. Why is the scent milder than pods? Immediately after washing you often don't smell anything. Wash at 30–40 °C and hang to air dry. Some of the odors are lost at high temperatures or in the dryer. When the laundry is dry, rub together for a subtle scent. If you like stronger scents, combine with scent pearls or laundry perfume. A sheet is only about 4 grams, which is why it holds fewer fragrances than a pod of about 20 grams. Why does G5 smell different out of the box? The newer generation may smell differently due to a different composition of ingredients. For example, enzymes have been added for extra cleaning power, but they smell less "nice". You don't smell it after washing, but you can smell it in the box. We continue to improve this, but have opted for cleaning power at G5. Why does my laundry smell musty after using laundry strips? That doesn't mean the wax strips don't work. Other detergents often mask odors with strong perfume, while laundry strips have milder odors. Due to its light weight, a strip is less able to mask odors that are already in the washing machine or clothing. Use our washing machine deep cleaning tablets to check if the machine itself is transmitting odor. Bevatten G6 Laundry sheets PVA? Yes. G6 contains PVA, but according to the formula comparison, 57% less than G5. That is why we call the cardboard product packaging plastic-free, not the entire product. What do the five enzymes do? The five enzymes help loosen various types of dirt during washing, including protein, grease, starch, thickened food and fluffy textile fibers. Can I use G6 for all colors and fabrics? Choose the variant that suits your laundry and always follow the washing label. For delicate materials, only use a suitable variant and program. Is G6 suitable for sensitive skin or baby wash? We are not making a blanket hypoallergenic promise here. Check the current ingredient and allergen information and discontinue if you experience an adverse reaction. Does G6 also dissolve at 20 °C? G6 is suitable for programs from 20 °C. Place the strips according to the instructions, do not overload the drum and choose a suitable program. How do I store the comics? Keep the box tightly closed, cool and dry. Always keep detergent out of the reach of children and pets. How does a flexible subscription work?
