Would you like to withdraw or return your purchase within the statutory reflection period? Start your request via our return portal. This way, we can immediately identify your order and provide you with the correct return instructions.
Go to https://returns.cosmeau.com/ and enter your order number and email address. Then choose which products you want to return and submit your request.
After submitting, you will receive further instructions. If a return label is required, you will receive an email from MyParcel with approval to print the label.
The return costs are shown in the return portal. If the return costs are your responsibility, they will be deducted from the refund. If Cosmeau covers the costs, these will be set to €0.
Refunds are processed after the return has been assessed. It may take 3-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving your order without giving any reason, unless the product is legally excluded from withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an unequivocal statement that you wish to withdraw from the agreement. You can use the return portal at https://returns.cosmeau.com/. You may also inform us in another clear way.
After withdrawal, you must return the products as soon as possible and no later than 14 days. We will refund the amount due according to legal rules after receiving the return or after you have demonstrated that you have sent the products back.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.

In Nederland ontwikkelen we onze formules en geuren. In Velsen-Noord vindt een groeiend deel van onze productie en verpakking plaats; daar beheren we ook onze opslag en doen we een deel van de logistiek.

We manage our stock and warehousing in Velsen-Noord. We handle part of packing and shipping ourselves; for the rest of logistics we work with trusted partners in the Netherlands.
Our path to in-house production
Our mission takes shape by bringing more knowledge and processes in-house. Not in one leap, but demonstrably step by step.
We started with a five-machine laundry sheet line. Too complex as a first production line, but an important learning path.
We tested and adapted a twelve-metre scent pearl line for EU production. After that the machines came to the Netherlands.
Scent pearl production was running at scale in our own factory in Velsen-Noord.
In June the new production hall was ready. We are testing next-generation detergents and building more knowledge and tech in-house.
Niet alleen wat er in de verpakking zit telt, maar ook wie het ontwikkelt en maakt. Met eigen R&D en lab in Nederland, eigen productiemachines en een groeiend deel van productie en verpakking in Velsen-Noord houden we kennis dichtbij. Zo kunnen we sneller verbeteren en kwaliteit bereikbaar geprijsd houden.
Vergelijking op merk- en bedrijfsmodel. Per merk en per product kan de praktijk verschillen. Bij Cosmeau geldt eigen productie in Nederland voor een groeiend deel van het assortiment; productpagina’s blijven leidend voor productspecifieke claims.
We ontwikkelen formules en geuren met een duidelijke functie, bouwen eigen productie in Nederland verder uit en gebruiken die kennis om kwaliteit betaalbaar te houden. Een deel van wat we opbouwen zetten we via productdonaties en andere initiatieven in voor mensen die extra steun kunnen gebruiken.

We ontwikkelen onze producten zelf en produceren een groeiend deel op onze eigen locatie in Velsen-Noord. We laten per product zo duidelijk mogelijk zien hoe en waar het wordt gemaakt.
Daar hebben we circa 2.000 m² fabriek en 2.500 m² warehouse. Productontwikkeling, een groeiend deel van onze productie, opslag en een deel van het inpakken en verzenden komen er samen.
Ja. We ontwikkelen onze unieke geuren zelf binnen de EU en kiezen iedere grondstof volgens onze eigen kwaliteitsstandaard. Er is ook een variant zonder toegevoegd parfum.
We beoordelen niet alleen de uiteindelijke geur, maar iedere gebruikte grondstof afzonderlijk. Stoffen die volgens onze kwaliteitsstandaard als hormoonverstorend gelden, sluiten we uit. Dat is een extra kwaliteitskeuze; geen medische garantie.

We kiezen waar mogelijk voor compacte formules, navulbare of recyclebare oplossingen en verpakkingen met zo min mogelijk onnodig materiaal. Per product leggen we uit welke keuze we hebben gemaakt.
