Subscriptions are automatically renewed based on the delivery schedule you choose, and your products will be shipped to you after each successful renewal. For example, if you start a monthly subscription, your credit card will be charged automatically every month and your products will be delivered to your door—no need to place an order yourself!

Is a subscription required?
No worries, you can also buy products individually. But if you subscribe (cancel anytime), you'll get a discount—up to 20% off the longer you stay subscribed!

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes, of course! You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime in the customer portal.

The customer portal is accessible through a link you’ll receive after your first order. You can also manage your subscriptions by creating an account with your order. This isn’t required.

You always have access to the customer portal, where you can check your schedule, subscriptions, costs, and products anytime. You can pause or cancel any delivery, remove items (one-time), or add products (one-time or recurring) whenever you want. You have full control over your schedule, payments, subscriptions, and items.

How can I skip or reschedule a payment?
You can skip or reschedule charges in the customer portal. For every scheduled delivery, there’s a Skip Payment button that lets you skip the order. You can also reschedule the charge by clicking the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.

Can I add products to my subscription?
Of course! You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click the Edit button in the product overview and easily edit, remove, or add products to your subscription.

What happens if the payment can't be processed?
If your subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed, you'll get an email with a link to safely update your payment method.
