Making more ourselves in the Netherlands
In Velsen-Noord, we develop and produce a growing share of our range. The lab, machines, storage and part of the packing operation are all close together there.
Bea: When you make things nearby, you spot opportunities for improvement sooner. And then you can act right away.

Our story
From a garage start-up to a factory
2019
It starts with frustration
We were tired of heavy plastic detergent bottles. There had to be a cleaner, lighter way.
2020
The first laundry sheets
After nearly a year of testing, we launch our first pre-dosed laundry sheets, delivered through the letterbox. We are the first on the market with three fragrances.
2021
First step towards production
Our first production line of five machines arrives in the Netherlands. We produce our first laundry sheet.
2022
A step back
Producing laundry sheets in the Netherlands is challenging and labour-intensive. We decide to explore a different production process.
2023
More than laundry
Scent boosters, dishwasher products and other cleaning products follow. Always with the same promise: as plastic-free and affordable as possible.
2024
Our own factory in Velsen-Noord
We produce scent boosters, the first microplastic-free scent boosters made in Europe. To the highest standard and without endocrine-disrupting ingredients.
2025
Laundry perfume production
Alongside scent boosters, we now also produce laundry perfume in our own factory. Without endocrine-disrupting ingredients, which is far from standard in this industry.
2026
Further expansion
We are preparing for the first steps towards producing our own laundry detergent.
Our operational mission
In-house production in Velsen-Noord
Our biggest operational mission is to bring production in-house. At our factory in Velsen-Noord, we now make products including our scent boosters and laundry perfume ourselves, close to home, with control over quality and less transport.
Later this year, we will take the next step: producing our own laundry detergents on Dutch soil.
