We’re not just going to make your home shine, but you too! In our new personal care range, we ensure you can use clean products without worries that go beyond what is typically offered in the industry.
We’re kicking off with clay masks or mud masks. Korean skincare is popular and highly effective. The clay is based on alginate, derived from seaweed. Almost all masks, both mud and sheet, contain synthetic polymers, or microplastics. So you’re basically applying microplastics directly to your face. We studied the ingredients of effective Korean skincare brands and replaced the polymers with natural mineral alternatives without compromising effectiveness. In fact, clay masks are 5-10 times more effective than sheet masks for skin goals like cleansing, sebum regulation, glow, and anti-acne. And up to twice as effective in anti-aging.
Sheet masks are more effective for hydration and soothing, so you can combine them for optimal results. We’ve created a table below showing how effective the mud and sheet masks are for specific skin goals:

How does it work?
1. Mix the powder with water into a smooth paste in a bowl
2. Apply as quickly as possible evenly on the face or specific areas
3. Let dry for 15-20 minutes until the mask is firm
4. Remove in one motion from bottom to top
5. Feel the refreshment, and see the difference after a few uses! We recommend using 1-2 times per week as a reset moment for your skin.

We are currently testing a slightly higher concentration so you need less. We’re still trying to find the sweet spot here, which may differ per scent. For now, we have managed to reduce drying time by a factor of 3 and next week we will install better spray arms for improved consistency during the process. All in all, not bad for one month. We keep pushing innovation!

🏭 Production Update: On to 7 New Machines
We can’t wait until we can fully fill our scent pearls mechanically! Literally and figuratively. Ben and Jason have moved their trip forward by 2 months and will fly to China for a week on August 9 to check out 7 different machines. In the image above, we sent the manufacturer of the filling machine our packaging to test if it can be filled by their machine. The test was successful and in August we will get a live demonstration.
Besides the filling machine, we are also looking at a tablet machine, sorting machine, and mixing machines from various manufacturers. This will allow us to produce even more products ourselves by the end of the year and automate the entire process from production to filling. Amazing to see and we will capture lots of footage.
Of course, we take into account EU requirements, so the machines will be prepared for at least cGMP, cosmetic grade production.
