🎉 We did it!We have been working on local production since 2021. We started with washing strips, an impressive line with 5 machines and a leap into the deep. After years of trying and testing, we came to the conclusion that this was too ambitious for us as a first product. Too labor intensive, too complicated, and too expensive.
Ben and Jason therefore flew to China again last year to learn and make scented beads. Last year we received several production machines. From now on you can buy the first scented pearls produced in the Netherlands. We had second chances in our previous mailing, because during the learning and scaling process we make mistakes once in a while. But now they really are as they should be, they dissolve quickly, match the color on the packaging and are made with love for you!

How do we continue to improve?
Now that we have mastered the process and have our lines with raw material suppliers in order, we are already in the next phase, fully mechanically scaling production.
The production issemi-automaticand therefore moderately labor intensive. This allows us to learn all the bottlenecks in the process in order to get an accurate picture of how to proceed nextfully automaticcan produce. We are already working with parties that can fully automate our processes. So later this year satisfying production videoshow it's madebut with us😌
High on the list for our next machine: A tablet machine. With this machine we can make all cleaning tablets and a new generation of dishwasher tablets. We still have a long way to go, so hopefully we can continue to count on your support! 🙏
