⚙️ Production Update

👩‍🔬 Lab update: After painting and coating the floor, we have now installed tables and our first laboratory equipment. We are still waiting for the cabinets, and in December the plumber will connect the sink.

⚙️ Our equipment: In the lab, there is also a vacuum oven, which ensures the temperature is consistent throughout the oven. We use this to dry the liquid laundry sheets. We also have a homogenizer, which ensures mixtures – like those for laundry sheets – are mixed homogeneously. This means the composition is the same everywhere, so the product can always be produced under the same conditions and the raw materials are well blended.

🧪 Enzyme testing: On the right, bottles with enzymes are ready to test our formulations with different enzymes. In December, our washing machine and dishwasher will be connected in the lab so we can test our formulations under realistic conditions.

Furthermore, we have chosen a company that can connect our line. It is very busy, so they only had space to connect the machines of the scent pearl production line in early December!
