Is shaving with a safety razor better?

Yes. With a safety razor, you experience less skin irritation, fewer razor bumps, and fewer ingrown hairs, which are common with cartridge or electric razors. The main reason is that a safety razor only has one blade in contact with your skin at a time. It’s simple: the less often a blade touches your skin, the happier your skin will be.

I thought more blades were always better?

A sharp and clean safety razor blade cuts hair in one stroke without pulling or catching hairs. The so-called lift-and-cut systems are actually not good, as they promote ingrown hairs.

Is a safety razor dangerous?

It is, of course, a very sharp object. Misuse can cause cuts, just like any other razor. Can I shave all body parts with this?

Yes. We recommend starting with easier areas like legs. As you gain experience, you can move on to other body parts.

Can I use the razor in the shower?

Absolutely. Just be careful the razor doesn’t slip from your hands, even though we have laser-etched extra grip on the handle. The head can break if dropped.
