We also have a physical store in Haarlem and plan to open many more with you. 🎯 About the role We are setting up a new in-house creative team and hopefully you will be part of it! Are you creative, camera-ready, and know exactly what works on TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts? We are looking for a UGC Content Creator who can authentically bring brands and products to life. You create engaging videos about products and how to use them. You are spontaneous, convincing, and always on-brand. As a UGC creator, you are the voice and face of the target audience. You inspire, test, tell stories, and entertain without it feeling like advertising. 💡 What will you do? • Develop and execute concepts for short videos (15-60 sec) • Review, unbox, or demonstrate products in a natural setting • Film and edit yourself in your own style (using templates or scripts as a base) • Spot trends and apply them in new formats • Collaborate with our creative strategist for content input and feedback • Contribute ideas for creative formats and optimize for conversion or engagement • Create and brainstorm social media content • Shoot videos in our photo and video studio ✅ You are… • Comfortable in front of the camera and speak natural Dutch (English is a plus) • Creative with video editing apps (such as CapCut, InShot, VN, Adobe Rush) • Up to date with social media trends and platform algorithms • Independent, proactive, and good at managing deadlines • Experienced with UGC or willing to build a portfolio • Available to produce 2–5 videos per week 🙌 What do we offer for this position? • A dynamic work environment with room for your creativity and ideas • The chance to work with a passionate team in a growing company • Flexible working hours and the option to work from home • Laptop • Sit-stand desk • A salary that matches your experience and expertise 💚 What we offer as a company: • Informal team where everyone has hands-on experience • Independence and curiosity are encouraged • Large employee discounts on the best products • Impact on a large scale • Pension scheme • Opportunities for growth 😃 Interested?
