Hopefully with you on our team! What will you do? As a Customer Support Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers via email, chat, and social media. You assist them with questions about products, orders, and returns, and you proactively think about how we can continuously improve the customer experience. We score 4.8 on almost all platforms, customers love us and our brand. Making and keeping customers happy is in our DNA, and you will have every opportunity to make that happen.
