  What are you going to do?

  
  As a Customer Support Representative, you’re the first point of contact for our customers via email, chat, and social media. You help them with questions about products, orders, and returns, and you proactively think along about how we can keep improving the customer experience.

  
  Your tasks:
   • Answering customer questions via email, chat, and social media
   • Solving issues with orders, deliveries, and returns
   • Spotting common questions and brainstorming lasting solutions
   • Working with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, and a customer support system (such as Gorgias or Zendesk)
   • Turning customer feedback into concrete improvements for our team

  
  What we're looking for:
   • You have a way with words and can communicate clearly (Dutch required, English is a plus)
   • You're empathetic, solution-oriented, and love connecting with customers
   • Experience in e-commerce or customer service is a plus, but not required
   • You work in a structured way and enjoy optimizing processes
   • You’re available for at least 24 hours per week
